2025 Boys & Girls Youth Lacrosse Registration

PARENT INFORMATIONAL MEETING

BOYS

BANTAM (3rd and 4th GRADES) will practice and play with full equipment in 7v7 format with a concentration on player safety. The focus with this age group is teaching sound fundamentals, player skill development and most importantly having fun! Everyone will play an equal amount on this team.

5TH-8TH GRADES travel teams will play other boys lacrosse teams in the greater NEO area. The focus of these teams is to continue to teach and instill core fundamentals while preparing players for competition at the next level. Teams will compete during in-season games and tournaments.

Includes preseason practices and in season practices twice a week at Auburn Community Park (times/days TBD by head coach).

Required equipment to purchase: game jersey and shorts, stick, helmet shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, mouthguard, cup and cleats.

Preseason Indoor Conditioning will be on Sunday afternoons from February – spring break.

GIRLS

Calling all Kenston girls in 3rd-8th grades looking to join one of the fastest growing youth sports!
Kenston Girls Travel Lacrosse features great teamwork, tremendous spirit, and the opportunity to enhance agility, speed, power and conditioning during the season. Lacrosse is an open-field sport featuring netted sticks to carry and shoot a tennis-sized rubber ball into a 6’x6′ goal.

Indoor conditioning for grades 3-8 begins in early February followed by competition in April and May. The teams compete in league play and attend 2-3 tournaments in May against schools from all over Ohio.

Players – Recruit your friends to come join in on the fun- no experience required at any level!
