Learn the fundamentals of strength training through data driven training plans that benefit all levels of athletes. Athletes can train to compete at local, regional and national competitions or use this training to support their athletic pursuits.
Strength, agility, flexibility and speed are the foundations for athletic success. The individual programing will set your athlete up for success!
Mondays & Wednesdays
4:15pm – 5:15pm or 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Kenston Powerlifting Club instructor Erin Hagen is a Certified Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience training youth and young adults. She holds 3 National Powerlifting Titles, 2 State Records and has trained 2 youth National Champions.
