🚨 Kenston Community Education, in conjunction with Auburn and Bainbridge Township, has installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) in response to Ohio House Bill 47.
An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is a portable device that delivers an electric shock to the heart, enabling it to regain a normal rhythm during sudden cardiac arrest. Importantly, AEDs are designed for ease of use, featuring clear instructions that can assist even untrained bystanders in emergencies.
From April through October, the AEDs will be on-site during youth sports events. During winter months when fields are closed, the devices will be stored at Kenston Community Education.
The AEDs are strategically placed at the following locations:
Auburn Community Park – Eastside of Parker Building
17484 Munn Road | Football Field Map | Baseball/Softball Field Map
Auburn New Hope Church – Umpires Box behind the backstop
11051 E. Washington Street
