Basketball – Men’s Over 30 Open Gym

Think you have skills? The NBA season has you believing that you can do this? Come showcase your skills at Open Gym on Monday and Thursday nights. Whether you like to Run-N-Gun or grind it out, we will have exactly what you need to stay in shape.
Open Gyms are held Monday & Thursday nights from 9pm -10:30pm in the KMS Gym – bring your A game! You choose to attend one or two days. Please note which day(s) you will attend when registering. All new participants will receive a reversible jersey for game play.

NOTE: Open Gym follows the Kenston Local Schools calendar. If there is no school, there is no Open Gym.


Volleyball: Co-Ed Recreational

All ability levels are welcome. It’s volleyball for fun, come play!
Co-Ed Recreational Volleyball is held on Tuesday nights from 8:30pm – 10:00pm in the KMS Gym.
18 years of age and older.

NOTE: Open Gym follows the Kenston Local Schools calendar. If there is no school, there is no volleyball.


Volleyball: Co-Ed Competitive

If you’ve played competitive volleyball in high school, college or club level, or are looking for friendly competitive play, Co-Ed Competitive Volleyball is FOR YOU! We will use rally scoring, follow the rules of the game and prioritize getting three hits on a side. Join us for a bit of competition and lots of FUN!
18 years of age and older.

Fusion Fit

FUSION-FIT is a 45-minute total body strength and conditioning workout. A variety of exercise modalities will keep you engaged and progressing toward your goals. Work at your own level and leave each class feeling challenged, successful, and energized. Bring dumbbells (2-8 lbs., depending on experience), water, an exercise mat and a resistance band.
Laurie Sanders is an ACE certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor.


Strength, Flexibility & Yoga

This class is designed to use the best elements of strength training, yoga class, and the most effective fitness techniques. Everyone, first time beginners, to the experienced, will gain strength, and flexibility. Health benefits include, lowering stress, blood pressure, and pulse rate, improved circulation, improves lung function, brain function, and increase immunity. Move through the workout at your own level and pace. Modifications are always available. This is what you’ve been looking for to bring balance to your mind and body.
Bring a mat, two 3 to 7lb hand weights, water, a 7-inch ball and your commitment to a stronger healthier you!
